Returns:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used skincare and beauty products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with clear pictures.
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
